SHORT SUMMARY:

The research project focuses on improving health crisis communication and active listening in Slovenia, which the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted as one of the weakest points of the healthcare system. The main objectives include a comparative analysis of crisis communication with reference countries, the development of guidelines for active listening and speech management, and the implementation of educational workshops for key stakeholders. The project will be supported by an analysis of good practices, existing guidelines and a systematic review of the scientific literature. The aim is to strengthen crisis communication skills and ensure a better public response to public health measures.
